Our Journey ...

We enjoy traveling and we LOVE national parks, and world heritage sites . Every year, we visit a few places; some we have been to many times. We enjoy both the natural and the cultural aspects of traveling: seeing natural wonders and visiting historic sites -- churches, temples, castles and ruins -- and spending days in museums, and trying local food.

2023 

• Oct -- Yosemite National Park

  We finally won the lottery of the Yosemite National Park for the Half Dorm assent.

  

• Aug -- Canadian Rocky

  We visited the Canadian Rocky when the wildfire map and air quality map look like these

  

  and the scenes from our hotel balcany and along the drive look like these.

  

  There are beautiful mountains, lakes and glaciers we knew are there but could not see.

  We managed to enjoy the vacation never the less.
